TPLF Most Brutal Group on Continent of Africa: A US Historian & Political Analyst

The well-known Historian and Political Analyst at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) Peter Balwin said TPLF is one of the most brutal imperialist forces on the continent of Africa.

TPLF is known for its unimaginable inhuman acts it orchestrates in order to just fulfill its lust for power.

According to several observes, the group had immense experience to do whatever it costs to achieve its interest.

In this regard the ongoing conflict and humanitarian crisis in the northern part of the country could be taken as one of the many evidences.

Peter Balwin has affirmed the fact that TPLF generated a humanitarian crisis to force their way back into political leadership.

“TPLF of Tigray is one of the most brutal imperialist forces on the continent of Africa. The group was sidelined through the struggle of Ethiopians. TPLF generated a humanitarian crisis to force their way back into political leadership,” he twitted.

It is to be recalled that the Popular Tigrayan journalist Hermela Aregawi who works for CBS in the US had also earlier talked about TPLF’s brutality.

She said that TPLF is diverting humanitarian aid and logistics to its terrorism activities instead of providing the aid to civilians who are starving in the region.

This has been the nature of TPLF in its more than 40 years of history, the sources indicated.

It is to be recalled that millions of dollars of aid money gathered from the international community to support people in humanitarian crisis was stolen by the group.

The money was supposed to go to millions of starving Ethiopians in northern Ethiopia during the famine occurred in the 1980s.

Ethiopians have been demanding the international community to realize the true nature of TPLF and act accordingly.
