The Oromia region is set to take action against those responsible for economic instability and inflation

The Oromia National Regional State announced that it will take legal action against those responsible for economic fraud and inflation.

The vice president of the state, Khaltu Sani, held talks with the main committee set up to control the cost of living in the state.

According to the Vice President, there are people in the state who are creating economic problems by storing various products.

He said the existence of the terrorist TPLF and some foreign forces in Ethiopia is currently under threat. He also pointed out that there are people who are taking advantage of the situation and creating inflation.

Some traders say they are putting a high cost of living on the public out of self-interest.
