Special attention is being paid to human resource development

Short and long term training has been provided to 2,536 workers in the 2013 Ethiopian budget year to strengthen human resource development. The training provided long-term training opportunities for 36 employees and short-term training for 2,500 employees and promotion for 60 employees.

Work is underway to make human resource management supported by modern technology, said Zubayda Adam, Deputy Director of Human Resource Development and Management.
