Regional Military Courts execute, sentence soldiers found guilt

Jubbaland State Military Court on Monday sentenced Mohamed Abdullahi Said to death after finding him guilty of being behind the killing of Mohamed Nune Salah in October 2022, both of them were members of the regional army units.

In Baidoa, The Southwest State Court executed two soldiers, Mohamed Ali Abdi and Ismail Abdirahman after killing two men in a separate incident in Bur-hakaba and in Baidoa towns. Military courts often take actions against Al-Shabaab terrorists and Government or regional forces committing deadly crimes.
