PP’s High-Level Delegation Engages in Experience Sharing with Chinese Communist Party

BEIJING: A high-level delegation from Ethiopia’s ruling Prosperity Party (PP), led by the party’s Vice President Adem Farah, engaged in experience sharing discussions with the Organization Department of the Chinese Communist Party (CPC) in Beijing. The discussions focused on strengthening party structures and capacity building.

According to Ethiopian News Agency, Adem Farah emphasized that although the Prosperity Party is relatively new, it is actively working to organize and establish robust structures across Ethiopia to enhance its members’ capacities. He highlighted the party’s achievements thus far and expressed a keen interest in learning from the CPC’s century-long experience to further bolster the PP’s organizational strength.

During the discussions, Xu Qifang, Vice Minister of the CPC’s Organization Department, shared insights into the Chinese Communist Party’s organizational framework, working systems, and procedures. In response, Adem Farah outlined the Prosperity Party’s efforts in developing its
organizational structure and underscored the importance of cooperation in capacity building, strengthening party frameworks, and advancing the digital party sector.

Xu Qifang expressed willingness to support these initiatives, pledging the CPC’s readiness to enhance cooperation in these areas.
