PM Abiy Commends President Yoweri Museveni for Hosting NAM Summit

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has commended President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda for hosting the 19th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the non-aligned movement (NAM).

The 19th NAM Summit held under the theme ‘Deepening Cooperation for Shared Global Affluence’ and brings together more than 120 developing countries on a platform of crucial historic significance.

Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has commended President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda for hosting the Summit.

‘Thank you President Yoweri Museveni of Uganda for hosting the NAM Summit and for our bilateral and regional deliberations.”

The PM on the summit reiterated that landlocked countries face insurmountable challenges hindering their ability to fulfill the demands of their people for adequate and sustained livelihoods and to ensure their development.
