Let’s dress Ethiopia

(MOTI) – Leaders of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, responsible institutions and trade unions have launched a program to plant and dress in Ethiopia by planting more than 2,000 seedlings in Kilinto Industrial Park.

Launching the Seedling Planting Program, Minister Melaku Alebel said Ethiopia is facing many challenges but we will not only show our national heroism by resolving our national and regional problems, but also work to balance the world’s polluting climate with our green footprint and plan to plant more than 6 billion seedlings as a country. He said work is underway to make the program a regional one with the participation of neighboring countries.

It is stated that all the experts of the ministry and the responsible institutions will carry out the next tree planting program.

After completing the seedling transplant program, the management visited the Macedonian Center for the Elderly and Mentally Ill and hosted a luncheon and donated 50,000 masks for Covid’s defense.

The ministry and its affiliated institutions said they will support the center as much as possible in the future.
