Ethiopian Delegation Participates in Dialogue Organized by CEIP on Country’s Economic Growth.

Washington: An Ethiopian delegation engaged in a dialogue focused on Ethiopia’s Economic Growth and Development Trajectory, organized by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace (CEIP), during the 2024 IMF/WB Annual Meeting. This session aimed to facilitate discussions around Ethiopia’s economic reforms, achievements, and the ongoing implementation process.

According to Ethiopian News Agency, the dialogue served as a platform to address potential risks, opportunities, challenges, and future directions for Ethiopia’s economic development. The session saw participation from representatives of civil society, think tanks, multilateral organizations, and academia. These stakeholders contributed to a comprehensive discussion on the country’s reform program and its trajectory moving forward.
